Return & Refund Policy
At Loope, every piece is made to order with care and precision. Because of the nature of our production process, we do not offer refunds. However, we gladly accommodate exchanges or store credit under the following conditions:

Exchanges & Store Credit
• Requests for an exchange or store credit must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Items must be brand new, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all labels and hangtags attached.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Garment Inspection
We encourage you to inspect your garment upon arrival. Any concerns or issues must be reported before the garment is worn.

Non-Eligible Items
• All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or issued store credit.
• Items that show signs of wear, washing, alterations, or label removal will not be accepted for exchange or store credit.
• All customized or special-order pieces are final sale.
